▏选购英飞凌麦克风
英飞凌是少数能够兑现高SNR MEMS麦克风承诺的麦克风制造商之一。他们既生产MEMS 和 ASIC 裸片,也生产集成了两者的封装麦克风。他们面向笔记本电脑及其他设备设计了XENSIV™系列MEMS麦克风,旨在提高通话质量3。

XENSIV™系列有几个型号现已上市,还有几个新型号即将上市。
选购XENSIV麦克风时,你必须先确定自己的应用需要什么接口。英飞凌提供带 PDM(脉冲密度调制)接口的数字麦克风和带差分和单端接口的模拟麦克风,涵盖了市面上所有最常用的接口。
接口的选择主要取决于系统SoC的前端。数字PDM型号消耗980 µA——尽管低功耗520 µA型号(IM69D128S)已经量产。模拟差分接口型号在170 µA时功耗更低。IM68A130仅消耗110 µA。
仅凭这些要求就可以将英飞凌XENSIV目录缩小到几个选项。从这里开始,就可以根据你的应用选择灵敏度、SNR和声学过载点(AOP)适当平衡的产品。
XENSIV目录中的大多数型号都采用密封双膜(SDM) MEMS技术,防护等级达IP57,提供了优质的防水和防尘保护功能,可帮助你在下一个产品中设计这种麦克风。
